Boards, Commissions & Committees (BCC) Application
To apply for a County Board, Commission or Committee, complete and submit the BCC application form. The BCC application form may be submitted on-line or manually.
To apply on-line,
- Complete the BCC application form.
- Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form.
- Your application will be electronically submitted to the Clerk of the Board,
- Upon successful submission, you will see a confirmation page.
To apply manually,
- Complete the BCC application form.
- Click the “Print” button at the bottom of the form.
- Sign your printed application.
- Mail or deliver it to:
